Cooking Classes with Amanda Varnell’s Cooking Live – Ever wonder what to do with Arugula? Or other not-so-common fresh finds? Have no fear…our  cooking classes (3rd Sunday of each month) will give you ideas to keep your family satisfied with fresh meals all week long.  Presenting recipes using fresh foods right from our Market, these classes provide demonstration, generous samples and recipe packets to take home.  A $15 fee does apply. Domestic Kitchen Training – The Tennessee Department of Agriculture will be holding two courses in upcoming weeks:

• Their “Domestic Kitchen” course will be conducted by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture on May 27, 2009
• “Better Process Control School for Acidified Foods” which will be held on May 28-29, 2009

Both courses will be held in Memphis, TN. You are interested in become certified to manufacture and sell food products to the public (required at The Chattanooga Market), then please download the associated brochures for registration information.
