Education Series

Cooking Classes with Amanda Varnell’s Cooking LiveCooking Live logoEver wonder what to do with Arugula? Or other not-so-common fresh finds? Have no fear…our  cooking classes (3rd Sunday of each month) will give you ideas to keep your family satisfied with fresh meals all week long.  Presenting recipes using fresh foods right from our Market, these classes provide demonstration, generous samples and recipe packets to take home.  A $15 fee does apply. Reservations required by way of  www.cookinglive.net .  “All Class Passes” are available until May 17th for only $100!

Domestic Kitchen Training – The Tennessee Department of Agriculture will be holding two courses in upcoming weeks:

Both courses will be held in Memphis, TN. You are interested in become certified to manufacture and sell food products to the public (required at The Chattanooga Market), then please download the associated brochures for registration information.

Master Gardeners of Hamilton County will be available each Sunday to give you the “dirt” on all of your gardening questions and needs. Please take advantage of this wonderful free service!
