From Nashville, TN, Dustin Overbeek is a singer/songwriter whose songs explore much further reaching boundaries. Growing up with influences ranging from James Taylor and Bob Dylan to Marvin Gaye and John Coltrane, the content in Dustin’s writing reflects introspection into the concerns of the human spirit. His first full length project, “Notions”, with John Kelly, contains many references to nature in the midst of joy and struggle. With a “roots” acoustic sound, Dustin’s intimate lyrics and raw style shine through. Dustin’s strong Christian belief comes through in his second full-length album, “Grounded”, produced by Gene Golden, quarter-century keyboard player for Kenny Rogers. Dustin’s third album entitled “One Step Closer” was released in the summer of 2005. This is Dustin’s first album with a full band all natural sound and certainly is his finest work to date. Dustin ventures back to the secular world and returns to his folk, storytelling roots. “One Step Closer” includes some of Nashville’s best studio players (Rob Hajacos on fiddle–Garth Brooks, Brooks and Dunn, Sugarland and many others; Casey Dreissen on fiddle–Steve Earle, Bela Fleck, John Mayer and Tim O’Brien; Steve Smith on drums–Goose Creek Symphony; John Kelly on Guitar–John Kelly Band and Leftfield Jackson). Dustin’s music continues to mature both musically and lyrically. Keep your eyes wide open for this new talent!
Dustin’s latest influences have been the works of David Gray, Ellis Paul, Martin Sexton, Jeff Black, and Ben Harper. Press >Play> to Listen!

CANCELED! Due to the Nashville floods, Tori was unable to make it to Chattanooga to perform. In fact, her car was flooded by the rains – please keep her and all of our neighbors to the North in your thoughts.
Tori Sparks calls Nashville home, but spends most of her time on the road in the U.S. and Europe. Called “a knockout” by the Village Voice, her dynamic live show is equal parts soulful singing and zany stand-up-style humor.
Tori’s latest album “Under This Yellow Sun” was produced by indie rock veteran David Henry (R.E.M., Ben Folds, Josh Rouse, Cowboy Junkies), and features players such as Steve Bowman (Counting Crows), Aaron Sands (Jars of Clay), and John Deaderick (Patty Griffin, Lucinda Williams). The album has been praised by Relix, All Music Guide, Performing Songwriter, Creative Loafing, XM Radio, and countless others for its depth and diversity.”Under This Yellow Sun” was recently licensed to MTV, Lifetime, and Oxygen Networks for use in their 2008 television programming. Tori’s single “Cold War” is included on the Universal Music France double-disc compilation, released internationally in March 2008, which has sold 25,000+ copies to date. “Cold War” is also featured on the Paste Magazine New Music Sampler for June 2008.

Blue Mother Tupelo has a sound that is a pure Southern Soul stew – BMT is the husband/wife duo of Ricky and Micol Davis. Ricky is an East Tennessee native, born & raised in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in the Knoxville area. And Micol, the daughter of a traveling preacher, born in Memphis and raised in Memphis, Indianola, Mississippi and Fort Smith, Arkansas before her family settled in Clinton, Tennessee. Ricky and Micol met in Knoxville, Tennessee, married and created Blue Mother Tupelo, with an original sound blending Soul, Hill Country Blues, Delta Blues, Mountain Music and Rock & Roll, truly a genre-defying band.
After positive reviews of their debut release, My Side of the Road, BMT moved to Nashville. They quickly developed a strong reputation with their fiery stage presence and remarkable sound. In 2001, they released the critically acclaimed Delta Low-Mountain High, and more and more people began to take notice of BMT as they toured across the South and Midwest. In 2005, Blue Mother Tupelo was featured on the Southern fried soundtrack, and had their first music video featured on the DVD of the movie Daltry Calhoun (Miramax) starring Johnny Knoxville and Juliette Lewis.

Jeans. T-shirt. Boots. Guitar. Tyler’s appearance is indicative of his style of music. Simple, straight forward and candid.
Born in Mobile, Alabama, Tyler’s music is well rooted in Southern Americana. Growing up listening to his uncle play guitar and sing on the porch deck of a beach house, Tyler’s inspiration came at an early age. Tyler attended the Florida State University, where he became refreshingly dependent on his fan base. Paying his dues and performing in bars for eight years before recording his first album, Whiskey Down (February, 2008), he has tailored his music to the live venue.
His performances are infectiously enjoyable and fun. Tyler’s blend of Texas-style, raw country and Americana finds audiences that wait with open arms and raised glasses.

While other little girls dreamt of being princess brides, mermaids, or fairies, Jen Woodhouse performed in her parents’ living room in front of a captivated audience made up of her two younger sisters, various stuffed animals, and Barbie dolls. Whether she was performing in ballet and piano recitals, or just hula dancing for the neighbors, it was apparent at a very early age that Jen was a born entertainer. Since her sold out living room concerts, Jen continues to mesmerize audiences across the globe.
These days, Woodhouse has been keeping busy. She is currently on a 7-month tour in Asia, playing shows 6 nights a week. Fans can experience Asia with her as she documents her travels and performances on YouTube.com.
A recent Nashville transplant, Woodhouse has been ceaselessly touring and promoting her highly anticipated double-disc album, “The Shaping & Shifting of Objects & Sound.” Quickly garnering tremendous word-of-mouth support, Woodhouse’s sophomore album follows on the heels of her critically acclaimed 2005 debut, “This Honest Age.”

Gary Pfaff & the Heartwells have recently been noted as one of the hardest working bands in the business. Touring with nothing more than their van, their music, and a vision as big as their sound, Gary & and the band currently tour over 200 dates a year.
Gary Pfaff was born a musician to a military family in Lahnsthul, Germany in 1978. He grew up listening to his Dad write songs on the piano every night, just downstairs from his room as he went to sleep. Like most kids, he wanted to emulate his father and began learning the piano. But by age 12 Gary switched gears to the guitar and began writing his own songs, landing his first paying gig by age 15.
On learning from his Dad, Gary recalls: “I remember heading up to Nashville (from Atlanta) with my folks for a family vacation at Opry Land and discovering country music. I’ll never forget tagging along with my Dad while he dropped off demo tapes to Ronnie Milsap and The Oakridge Boys. Back then I was too young to understand what we were doing there. But I definitely had a surreal flashback when I recently found myself pitching my own songs on the same streets in Nashville.”
