			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><img class="alignleft" style="float: left;" src="http://www.state.tn.us/agriculture/images/AgencyLogo1.jpg" alt="" width="140" height="137" />John Sanford, from the Tennessee Department of Agriculture, will be joining us to discuss the issues, requirements and inspection procedures necessary to manufacture and sell products at the Chattanooga Market from your home (domestic) kitchen.</p>
<p>Mr. Sanford serves as the Food Manufacturing Administrator of the Regulatory Services/Food and Dairy Section, and has been active in visiting area farmers markets to discuss this new and exciting program. In the past, only products produced in commercial kitchens were eligible for commercial resale; under this new program, your domestic kitchen may be used if proper procedures are followed.</p>
<p>All current and prospective packaged food vendors are encouraged to attend; a presentation and Q&amp;A session will follow the meeting.</p>
